This file is 97 pages... packed full of Thanksgiving good times. These 12 Math Stations are ready to print, cut and present to your kiddos. Practice your time, money, graphing, addition, subtraction, problem solving, geometry, place value, number sense, fact families, expanded form, missing addends and more.
I purchased your Let us give thanks math centers. I am not understanding the Thanksgiving Supper and Sums. I thought they were supposed to put the sum of cards out and sort the addition sentences with the correct sum card. The answers to the addition sentences do not match the sum of cards. For example there are a lot of sums that are 6, 7, 8 etc but no sum of card to match. Even on the direction page all of the sums add up to 11 but the sum of card says 1. Am I looking at something wrong??
Hi Heather...
I just pulled up the Turkey Day centers to check things out. I see on page 68 the directions and example of how the kids should lay the 5 cards out. Then the following 6 pages have sums of 18, 17, 15, 20, 19, 21 with 5 addition card to go with each sum. It looks okay from this end... possibly download them again??? or I'd be happy to send you the file by email.
I'm sorry you're having trouble!!

I just love your activities but I purchased your Turkey Day! set and when I click on it to open it says "There is was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." I don't know if this is just happenign for me or others. I would really love to be able to use the unit ~ especially because I paid for it.
You definately deserve this unit! I'm sorry I have not had a problem with the many units sold. Send me your email and we'll try it that way :)

Which cards were you suggesting we use for the even/odd activity? My firsties aren't quite ready for the place value cards, but need even/odd practice. Maybe I'll use the numbers and patterns cards? I would love to have cards that matched the graphic on the headers.
Hi Lynnette
Thanks for your support... I was planning on using the cards found on pages 23-28 for the even/odd activity. I thought that I'd have the kiddos complete both activities at the station. I'd be happy to make some cards with different numbers or graphics for you if you'd like. Let me know!

Hi Lory,
I just bought the Let's Give Thanks for Turkey Day packet. I love it, but I am missing some of the directions and titles on pages. I am not sure if it's something I am doing or my computer program. Has anyone ever experienced this before. Please let me know.
Thank you, Leslie Taylor
I love my days!! Mother by morning, teacher by afternoon and mom by night. I have taught second grade for the past 19 years. I am truly living my childhood dream. I love helping my kiddos engage and explore for more knowledge and opportunities.
