Mary Kate - I also have had that problem sometimes on TpT. Are you using Preview to open the file? Make sure you download the latest version of Adobe Reader and then use Adobe Reader to open the file. That's what I had to do and it worked just fine.

I love this poem!! I downloaded it and when it printed, only the title showed up along with the pictures at the bottom and the border. No other words printed.
