Oh, thank you. Found it. Absolutely not your fault: I'm new here and didn't know how to use the site properly. I'm from Germany and our school system is probably a little different from yours: How old were the kids you taught this with? Thanks again, Sandy.

I actually used this with juniors (16-17) in a collaboration class, so the student ability levels are all over the place! Most of what I design can be modified to fit any of the grades from 6-12. I've taught all of these grades, so I work to make them adaptable. I hope it will work for you!

Hello,
I bought the Gilded Age .ppt which is supposed to have role cards.
I read it in the .ppt but where are they actually?
Thanks.

Hello! If you go back to the product page, the free download is all of the reading pieces, the student handout, and the role cards! Sorry for the confusion!
Hope it works well for you!

Callaghan(c) re: Reconstruction Cue Cards Activity w/Wrap Up & Alternatives - Civil War
I wi be teaching 8th grade for the first time, and some of your material looks really helpful. I am having difficulty purchasing your stuff on teachers pay teachers because when I click on "Add to cart" a box appears that says "Internet explorer cannot open teachers pay teachers." I will be teaching Reconstruction to the end of WWII, 1865-1945. Any way I can view what you have, the prices seem great on teachers pay teachers. Thanks, John Callaghan 201 802 0716, mutts705@aol.com

The Ancient Egypt powerpoint has 13 slides of content. I also have listed the Riverboat Tour. It has 17 slides with information on the greatest leaders of ancient Egypt. Hope one will work for you!

Hello! How exactly do the cue cards "work"? I'm trying to visualize how I would use them - thanks!

I pass them out to my students and they either read directly from the cards or they improvise using the information on the cards. My students really enjoy the activity and it makes note-taking much more interactive. I do still fill in the blanks and review the content from the cards, but the students are more prepared afterward to answer guiding questions rather than my offering direct lecture. I hope this helps!

I am curious about your product could you give more info?
Posted on: June 18, 2009
Reply by: Michele Luck (s)
This is a choice option assignment on the industrial era in the United States. The "task rotations" are based on student's individual learning styles and offers them 4 options to show thier understanding of the content. In this one, they may choose to complete a timeline, to interview a current union member and write a summary, to complete a before/after comparison of business and industry, or to create a picket sign based on specific criteria. Please email if you have any further questions! Thanks!

I would like 13 copies of your interactive workbook for History Alive. The site does not allow multiple copy ordering. Suggestions? herestolife@earthlink.net

I will send them out as soon as I can get to the post office, hopefully tomorrow. We are expecting 8 inches of snow now according to the news, so it may be Wednesday before we dig out!
I think these books will work great for you - they are very complete with all the aspects of geography and the activities are really good. Let me know when they arrive.

Ok...I think it is fixed! I refunded the original sale for the one. You should see the refund processed soon. I also relisted the books in a set of ten for $20 with the shipping adjusted, too. Search for "Building Skills in Geography Student Workbooks NEW Set of 10" and check for the new price and shipping. Sorry this has been such a crazy process!

It will only let me add one to the cart at a time. That must be what you were talking about. I guess because you only have one listed. So I would have to get one at a time which would be $30 shipping if it will let me do that. What to do?
Thanks

I was afraid of this! I can certainly refund the excess shipping by enclosing a check when I ship you the package. This is a lot of trouble for you, isn't it?! I will also email TPT, but I fear an email won't come back too quickly. I'm open to suggestions!

I have all of them listed, so I am not sure why it won't let you put multiples in the cart at a time. I emailed TPT for help! Hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Ok...with today being a snow day for me, my brain hasn't been working! I think I've got it. I can take ten out of my availability and list them as a complete bundle with the shipping adjusted. It may not show up immediately, but I could send you the link if you send me your email. Thanks, Michele

How many of the Building Skills in Geography do you have for sell. I Would like more than one if you have it.

I have 23 available. If you did purchase in bulk, I could definately ship them for less. I'm not sure how we could adjust that on TPT, but if all else fails, I could include a check for the postage overpaid with the shipment. It would probably be closer to $1 per book after the first for standard USPS.

Thanks, Dianna

I checked the copyright and they are the 1996 student workbooks. I have many copies (10+) of these listed. As for the payment, I know they do accept credit cards. It actually all goes through TPT and I just recieve confirmetion to ship the items to you. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,

I now teach AP World History as a 10th grade class. I have taught grades 6-12, covering all classes in the Social Studies department. The U.S. History powerpoint for Vietnam was created for use in a junior level class as most of the U.S. items I have listed were. I hope this helps!
Thanks,
