Many schools require teachers to submit a "substitute teacher folder" that includes at least two days of lesson plans in case of a staff member's unexpected absence. This is a downloadable file in which teachers can simply "fill in the blanks", and leave for their sub or principal! It is a very detailed plan (12 pages); you may choose which parts work for you, or use the whole folder.
