Use this worksheet as a part of the following lesson plan:
Objective: Understand that milk comes from cows. Identify foods made from milk.
Activity 1: Read students a story about
a Dairy Farm. Talk about the story and make a list of foods that are made from milk.
Activity 2: Explain to students that butter is made from milk. Help students make butter by shaking cream in a jar. Have students take turns shaking the cream while they complete the Made From Milk Worksheet. Help students spread the butter on bread to eat.
