A February math game written by Danielle Tisdale. This game is centered around the Valentine theme. The number cards are made with multicultural clipart to be sure many students are represented. This number game works on the following skills:
- identifying patterns AABB, odd/even numbers
-counting
-sequencing numbers
-place value
-using categories/sorting to identify a number
This game has been updated with numbers 1-101 for additional play.

The heart numbers were fabulous. I added a recording sheet. I had the kids color the number they drew on a hundreds chart. Then they threw the number back in the container. It was a good way to have them read numbers to 100 and find the number on a chart.

I love your Number Recognition Games. I have the January unit. I see the February unit listed in your products. Do you have a different theme for each month or do you have one that has all the numbers? The description says the February unit has numbers 1 - 100, but I wanted to be sure before I buy.

I'm working on making a different theme for each month. In my classroom I focus on a different set of numbers each month. Others requested that I include all of the numbers so that they could choose the range for different groups of children. For February I have numbers 1-101; there are two listings on is Dental Health (since that is the whole month) and the other is Valentine's theme. Thanks for the compliment.
