Happy Valentines Day! Handwriting practice is a sweet treat while your students write their color and number words. Students will read, write, re-arrange, and illustrate sentences.
The rebus will help your most emergent reader feel successful. Two levels of this activity is included: Level one (10 pages)-students trace, Level two (10 pages)-students write.
Valentine words are featured.
This can be used as a center activity, math journal entry, morning work, handwriting or independent practice.
If you haven't tried these you should. It great that they are printed two different ways, one where the students can trace the sentence the other they can write it on their own. Awesome!

Hello! I have purchased all of your read trace glue and draw. I am looking forward to use them but when I downloaded them and got ready to print them they look good on the screen but when they were printed the trace it part was not all there. I asked our tech teacher and she looked at it and thought maybe it was on your side. Its just in the trace part. Not all the word is there. Example: Come look at my flag. Looks like: Come look at my fl a. Now the page that does not have the trace works. Anyway did not know if you knew of something I could do. Thank you Amy Davis!
Oh No! I recently printed these from my TpT file so I think they the file is okay. Sometimes there is a problem with the print spooler. Here is how you can clear it. Can you try this: 1. cancel any pending print jobs. Then unplug the printer from the wall and let it power down. Wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Will you let me know if it works? Otherwise I will worry about you. I can also try sending this file directly to you if you give me your email.

Deedee, I love your read, trace, glue, and draw pages. Can you tell me how to get a complete set of them all? I have your color words on crayons set, but would love to get more. Thank you for creating them. My kids LOVE them!!! Jaime Hunter , Texas
Hi Jaime, I'm so glad you like them... I have a few thematic sets already posted. I have been adding new sets as the year goes on. I made a category for them. Let me know if you can't find it owens65066@gmail.com
