This product contains three problems using Venn Diagrams in different real world applications. The problems are similar to the released items found on the Arkansas ACTAAP End of Course Exams(most recently spring 2011). I use these problems in my classroom to help my students to be successful on the end of course exam. My students love these problems because the problems are about something they are interested in, sports and extracurricular activities! I use these problems as bell ringers, test prep, or as an assessment. The scoring rubrics are also included.

I currently teach high school Pre-AP Geometry, Geometry, Investigative Geometry and Algebraic Connections in Arkansas. I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Adolescent and Young Adult Mathematics with over twenty years teaching experience. Over the course of my career, I have taught all levels of math, elementary through college level and I love it!
