This is my latest lesson plan template, which I am currently using in class. I like that this one has the basic framework of each period listed on the left and then blank space for each day to allow for notes & reminders. My completed version comes out to two landscape pages, but it will adjust to the content you enter. This is a Word document that can be modified to fit your needs.

I was happy to pay the money to save time on formatting this on my own. It works perfectly for my needs and was easy to personalize. I have the most beautiful lesson plans I've ever had now (I added some color and fancy font details). Thank you!

This was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I just wish there had not been a header. I had to figure out how to get rid of that so that I could have 4 weeks of lesson plans in one document instead of one week. I loved the sample lesson plan included with the item. This helped me figure out how best to use it for my needs.

Sorry about the header issues. I used the header/footer setting to allow for more page space. I'm glad you found a way to work around it.

I have been teaching for 17 years at the same school in Mandeville, Louisiana. I taught 1st grade for six years and have taught 2nd grade for eleven years. I was the director of our summer camp for three years and have worked both before and after school programs. I also worked as the web manager and technology point person for our school.
