I have found theses visual scales helpful for some student who need extra visual information while doing physical therapy exercises or gross motor tasks. I included my abstract on an article on the pediatric perceived exertions scales. I also listed some related references. The easy-to-understand task completion visuals are helpful after setting a timer and helping the student judge how much he/she completed. This gives some objective feedback data which can be tracked and graphed. The level of responsibility chart by Hellison is also included. These 6 visuals might be able to be put on a student I-Pad with data charts. (though I have not done this yet).
