This system was designed to provide immediate feedback on behavior issues of students as well as document positive and negative student behavior on a weekly basis. It is an easy, fuctional and programmable card that can be used with any classroom management system. The document is copied onto card stock one for each student for each week of the school year. Ie: 20 students times 40 weeks equal 800 copies. Typical behavior problems are listed on the card and checks are given when the student shows these behaviors. The cards are stored in an easily accessible area (chair bags, cubbies or desks) for you and the student and are sent home on a weekly basis to document and inform parents of behaviors going on in the classroom. The card also has an area where notes (positive and negative) can be written by you or the parent to provide ongoing communication and documentation. Cards can be filed in student files and referred to during parent conferences etc. In addition, the card has a grading scale if you want to give behavior grades in your classroom. See the preview document for a portion view of what is included on the card.
