I use this weekly behavior report with the card system and also works with clothespins. The report is translated into Spanish for Spanish speaking parents. Check off where each student was on the chart and give it to them on Friday. They need to retun it with their parent's name on Monday or when they return to school. I also make copies of these before I pass them out so I have it on file in case a report gets lost on the way home.
