Easy-to-use and read form for keeping track of students' homework completion and organization.
As a Special Education teacher, I know that homework and organization checks are often commonplace additions in students' IEPs as well as common practice for students who struggle with homework completion or organization.
This sheet allows teachers to keep a binder for homework checks, one sheet per student per week.
It gives the teacher an opportunity to track homework completion for each day of the week and for each subject. This can provide useful data - for example, I once was able to show a parent that their child came to school with his homework unfinished every Tuesday and Thursday (which just so happened to correspond with his favorite tv programs!).
