I was looking for a way to help my students set personal goals for their behavior and work habits in the classroom.
I created this set to do just that.
Put up as many of the 22 different the goal posters in your room as you want.
Challenge students to choose a weekly goal.
Students keep a tracking sheet in their folders and rate themselves daily on how well they have accomplished that goal.
You can choose to tie it into classroom rewards, or send the sheets home to be signed for extra accountability.
This can be used as a whole class or just with students you think need an extra push.
Watch as your students strive to reach their goals and take pride in their accomplishments!
I love the idea of these behavior goals. I teach first grade so the weekly recording sheet isn't exactly kid friendly. Also, I've had some trouble trying to figure out how to make it feasible in my class, but I'm a big supporter of this type of goal setting!

These are perfect for mac-tacking (sp?) to their desks after 3 way conferences!! Thank you!! I wonder if it is possible to make these editable, so the wording could be changed to suit out teaching style???
I believe I could make that happen! Do you mean the wording on the cards, or the worksheet, or both? Email me cgeiser@gmail.com and I can send something editable your way.
I'm going to use this with one of my students that is having a really hard time following the classroom/school rules. Hopefully it helps him succeed! Because he is such a sweet little boy! :)
Awesome - my kids really like the clear goals and cute pictures.

I am a School Counselor and I purchased this for several students who needed visuals to help with setting and reaching daily classroom goals. It's so visually appealing, ALL students in the classroom wanted to participate!
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I am beyond thrilled the students were so jazzed about it!

I am going on my 4th year teaching at a wonderful charter school in California. I learn more every day, and enjoy creating materials to help my students, and hopefully share them with you all as well!
