The Weekly Word problems allow students to practice their word problem skills each day. The April version contains a mixture of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division word problems, and I've started added larger numbers to this version to really require students to apply their computation skills. In this activity, students have to solve 3 word problems a day, and on Fridays they write their own word problem for a specific operation. There are 4 weeks worth of word problems in this product. I've also included a skill sheet that is a combination of the week's word problems which can be used as an end of the week assessment. All of the word problems have spring related theme. An answer key is included.
Started using these if November and love them. Will use them for the rest of the year and start them next year in August.
Just saw others feedback about division being too difficult for third and disagree. Was hard but provided a great teaching moment to go through a higher level concept, my kids loved it.

The long division problems are too difficult for third grade.
You'll never believe what I was working on when I got your feedback! I had just finished revising some of the division word problems. Last year I had to teach three digit division, so I just made some changes. Be sure to download the new version!
