Hi SunnyDays!
I was wondering if you were finished with the Weekly Word Wizard sets 3 and 4? I do an entire page in one sitting, so I am going through the units quickly. Also, I was wondering if you were going to address the skill of commas in a series in question 10. The kids are learning so much and they are remembering thanks to the great spiral review!! Thank you for all your hard work!! I love the Weekly Math Magic, also! It's hard for my kids, but we're getting through them! ;)

I am actually finishing up set 3 today. yay! Yes, question 10 will add commas in a series. I've been hearing from a lot of people that they use the sets more than once a week, so as soon as I finish up sets 3 and 4 I'm going to make some additional booster sets for anyone who wants to use them more often. Hi, do you only complete 2 pages a week, from this packet? I have my students complete one page a day, during independent work and then we go over it later, during workshop. Is it possible to get packets that include more pages? I've been doing the same format with the other word work packets that you offer, but am having rotate them through for a second round, which is good for practice. Lol

They're all written, I just have to type them and find the pictures, make the answer keys, etc. Would you actually be interested in having a set that has enough for every single day? I could work on something like that over the summer maybe. Once your kids go through all of the first grade ones, maybe you can try the next set for 2nd graders in the meantime? I'm glad you're enjoying them! :)

I've been teaching for 17 years. I started out as a 5th grade drop-out prevention teacher and I am currently teaching 2nd grade gifted students. In between, I also taught 3rd and 4th grade, was the Drop-out prevention resource specialist, and taught writing as a special. I value each of my different experiences so much because they have really given me a unique perspective of the needs of so many different teachers and students.
