This is just a fun little WELCOME BACK freebie for your students. It makes a great informal assessment for those early days, OR you can just use it as a partner work/activity. It makes a nice icebreaker for your students.
Students use the letters in "WELCOME BACK" to form words. Includes the letter cards to spell "WELCOME BACK" for those students who are more hands-on with their spelling.
This works for many age groups because younger students may make smaller words, while you could challenge older students to make longer words.
