Play this "sweet" game with your students to practice the Pre-Primer list of Dolch sight words.
Place cards in a pocket chart with the cupcake behind a bowl. Have students pick a card by identifying the word on the card. Play continues until the cupcake card is found. A blank set of cards has been included to use your own words or to change the game to fit another standard.

Being a person who do not use images of eyes, for religious reasons, this activity using cards, very visual, is great because I do not need to hide the eyes with a marker, since you already had all of the cards without them showing - learning it the right way! Thanks so much!!!!
