This zip file contains three printable PDF files for you to use in your early childhood classroom. They feature the cutest owl graphics from Scrappin Doodles. Use it as a Child Information Sheet or a Getting to Know You Form. I am going to hang mine on a bulletin board! It goes along well with my Woodland Welcome themed resources. There is a black and white copy of the info sheet included for those who need larger quantities of prints and can't print everything in color. Plus there is a greeting or hello song chart included to help your students learn everyone's names. These are great for Back to School time. Enjoy!

Did you by chance leave it blank for the class--it says preschool but for example you offer it to kindergarten teachers.
I have worked with young children in a variety of early childhood program for over 15 years. I am currently a School Readiness preschool teacher and an Early Childhood Family Education teacher. I love teaching preschool!
