This is the first week in a 12-week class on Understanding the Holocaust. It focuses on the need to remember the Holocaust. We start by looking at 12 million down to each individual. The movie The Devil's Arthimatic and the textbook Images from the Holocaust: A Literature Antholoy are both used.
