Your students will be wild about regrouping with this math pack! This pack will give your students the practice they need to consolidate the skill of regrouping. I used this pack for the final week of our regrouping unit. I have included everything you need for one week of regrouping fun!
Each day I have included both addition with regrouping and subtraction with regrouping questions.
If you are just introducing regrouping I would suggest looking at 2 of my other math packs:
(1) Aar You Ready To Learn Addition With Regrouping
(2) Safari Subtraction - Teaching 2-Digit Subtraction With Regrouping
Included:
*math tracking sheet
*5 math center label cards
*5 math centers with colourful question cards and follow up pages with black and white graphics so they photocopy clearly
This is a great way to finish up your regrouping unit or to give your students review with this important skill.
I would love it if you followed me! You are automatically notified every time I post something new!

Excellent unit! We are past this now, but I will use this next year for sure! Maybe I'll have to do a little surprise review this year so I can show it off - so cute!! Very well planned and attractive.
These are great! My students loved using the cards/centers!

We used these today- the kids loved them, and I loved how the booklets with built-in grid paper kept their work neat and organized. Thanks for making these!! (The cards print out beautifully!)

I downloaded this and I have a couple pages that have just weird lines on them where either numbers or words should be? Is there a way I can get the first 5 pages sent to me over email to see if they work?
Hi there,
It sounds like something is going wrong during the download. Try and updated version of Adobe, download the unit again and that should solve the problem. If it doesn't please email me at home - my email address is on the last page of the unit. Let me know what pages you need and I will send them to you right away. I know this is frustrating when it happens so I hope it gets fixed quickly!

Hi Natalie,
I have purchased Wild about Regrouping, (I also purchased Aargh you Ready to Regroup and like it ery much!) and I have a couple of questions. It apperas that there are several books. From your instructions, it looks like each book has two pages, the first one is addition and the second one is subtraction, correct?? Also, are the students to copy the problems from the colored pages that follow the book into the book? Or are the colored pages to be used in a differnet manner? Thanks, Valerie
Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to clarify - I hope I can help:) The students copy the questions into the booklets themselves using the coloured cards that follow. You will notice there is one page in the booklet that is addition and one page that is subtraction. I set it up this way because I found that my students didn't pay attention to the math sign. By copying the questions themselves they must pay attention to the math sign and where they need to copy the question. I hope this helps but by all means contact me if you have any more questions. I really appreciate you purchasing my units and I want them to be beneficial for both you and your students:)

Hi Amber:)
My "Wild About Regrouping" pack only covers 2-digit addition and subtraction with and without regrouping. I have a unit called "BeeMine" and it is 3-digit addition with and without regrouping. I also just posted a unit called "You Are Out of This World and it is like the Bee Mine unit and covers 3-digit addition. I changed the graphics so that it would not be Valentines Day themed. I also have a unit called "Clowning Around With Regrouping" that covers teaching 3-digit subtraction with and without regrouping. Thank you for taking the time to ask the question.
I have been teaching 19 years. I have taught grades 1, 2, 3, and special education. I have taught split grades for several years. This year I am teaching a grade 1/2 split. Every year brings new adventures!
