I love teaching my students to write creatively and to work with words and sentences in fun ways. I have created this WILD ANIMAL WRITING CENTER packet to help make my writing and literacy centers more cross-curricular.
This packet not only uses wild animals as the topic for writing, but also has students classify animals as wild or tame and discuss the terms "wild" and "tame". But that's not all!
This packet is all about WILD ANIMALS! It’s fun and gives way to great discussions as well as ties Science into your writing centers.

Wild Animal ABC Order activity with recording page
Three different Wild Animal themed writing pages with space for picture
Three IDEA/Brainstorming pages to use with each of the writing prompt pages
Create your own WILD ANIMAL: Brainstorm your Own Animal page, Draw your animal page, and My Wild Animal Description page
