Here's two version of a Wild Things Behavior clipchart. Each version includes 7 steps and a matching parent form. I was making this for my own classroom and couldn't decide which style to go with, so I ended up making both! You just print the style you like the best, print, cut, laminate and assemble! I plan to hang mine on a ribbon. Students start their clothespins at Ready to Learn and clip up as they make good choices, or down as they make poor choices. At the end of the day you can indicate their behavior on the parent form. There is a box for parents to initial so that you know they are (or are not!) checking the behavior log daily.
