I've created 17 full page signs for different centers in your classroom. The list includes:
math, reading, word work, computer, social studies, science, listening, play dough, sensory, art, puzzle, blocks, writing, pocket chart, music, living and puppet theater.
For each center I have included a list of what the children are learning at that center, couched in "I am" statements. Often times, parents (and administrators!) don't always understand the benefits of "play". These signs point out the social, cognitive and motor developments that go on in each center.
I also use these signs to monitor how many children are in each center. I decide beforehand how many students each center can hold. Then I attach that amount of stickers to the bottom of the laminated page. Students can then use their center-time clothespin to cover up a sticker - when all the stickers are covered that center is full!
This item is Cowboy/Wild West themed with red gingham checks, cowboy boots, horseshoes, bucking broncos and stars as the backgrounds.
