This package includes one worksheet for each of 14 different word families (_at, _an, _et, _ug, _in, _op, _ip, _ack, _ock, _ot, _ink, _ell, _ake, _ail).
Each worksheet includes 6 word family pictures. Students need to choose the correct letter from the available choices to complete the word. There is also space for the student to write out the entire word.
This is a huge resource for students who are just learning decoding skills or higher level students who need independent practice with these skills. Great for use in a literacy center!
Directions are provided both in pictures and words - a great accommodation for special education or ELL students!
These worksheets are meant to be printed out on cardstock and laminated. This allows students to complete them with whiteboard markers and then erase their work. They can be re-used for years to come!

My students LOVED this activity. I put the sheets in plastic covers and the students used erasable markers to do their work - practicing essential skills over and over.
