Looking for a fun activity for your students to do when they finish their work early? These Boggle Task Cards are a great way to keep students engaged while enhancing their decoding skills, and spelling skills.
These task cards could be used in a literacy center, as a partner activity or as an independent activity for students to work on when they finish their work early.
Included in this download are the following:
- student directions
- 28 different boggle game cards
- 3 different student recording sheets
The different recording sheets allow you to decide how you want your students to track the words they have made. Record sheet 1 has students just writing down the words they found. Record sheet 3 allows students to record the words and determine a point value for each word. Then add up all of the points to find a total value. The third record sheet allows students to keep track of their total scores for each of the 28 different Boggle game boards.
