*This list corresponds to the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project high-frequency word list. (1-200)
*I've also included color and number words, and an editable section to add your own words.
*Each letter and word card is available in two fonts for you to choose the style you prefer. (Choose type or handwriting font.)
*A personal word wall book is also included for students to keep handy for writing, or to use at home. I used a "staggered-page" format so students can easily flip to the page they need.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 10 years of teaching experience in the elementary grades, and 8 years as a parent. I'm passionate about creating products that combine what I know about education from both perspectives. Before staying home with my three young boys, I taught grades 3-6. I also subbed in grades K-12. I currently blog at www.smalltypes.com, where I exercise my "teacher brain" by sharing tips for parents to help them create a print-rich home. I keep up with best practices through continuing education; I volunteer in my sons' classrooms; and like most parents, I do plenty of after-school teaching to support my own kids' learning at home.
