Hi Kathleen. I am interested in selling many of my PPTs that I have created the past few years. Is it okay to sell them with pictures (I don't want to run into a copyright issues)? Thanks for your advice!

Hi Julia,
Hmmmm, you bring up an interesting point. I never worried about using pictures in my lesson plans because I was using them for educational purposes. How that I'm selling my plans, this is a different story.
I'm going to need to research this more. I haven't run into any problems thus far and I've had stuff posted for 3 1/2 years. I'm either just flying under the radar, or not infringing on copyright because the core of what I'm selling is my own work and ideas and the images are simply illustrative and can be gotten from any Internet search to be used for the same educational purposes.
Thanks for your question. If I find out anything new, I'll let you know.
:)Kathleen

Hi Kathleen,
I am thinking about purchasing and using your lessons to help students on my online tutoring site. I was wondering if you have any restrictions on using your material on a password protected website after purchase. I would only use the materials I purchase for registered students--outsiders on the Internet would not have access. However, my business is a for profit business, and I don't want to run into any copy right issues. I am interested in purchasing history and geography tests and materials.
Thanks!
Robin
Thank you so much for asking. I'm honored that you feel my lessons worthy of your business. I do not have copyrights on my lessons. You may purchase them and use them on your password protected site.
If you have any questions or are interested in other types of materials that I don't have posted, please feel free to contact me at xcountrytrekker@msn.com.

Hi Kathleen,
I also purchased your World History final, however I am not familiar with the Virginia Standards of Learning. Is there any way to purchase the answers?
At this point I don't have an answer key in electronic form (just in mental form). As I've gotten two requests for an answer key I think it would be prudent to post one. However, I haven't the slightest idea of when I'd be able to get that together for you folks.

i purchased your world history final exam. however there was not an answer key with it. do you provide an answer key. thank you
Hi Alohajudy! Thanks so much for your purchase. I don't provide an answer key for the exams I have listed. All of the questions are based on the Virginia Standards of Learning document.
I hope this helps.
Thanks again for your purchase.
