Research Project made for events during World War II, but can be modified to fit just about any major event in History. Product includes student hand-out giving detailed instructions for the project and also a Grading Sheet for the teacher.
This project gives experience in research, taking notes on note cards, creating a working outline, writing a detailed paper, and creating a poster presentation.

I began my teaching career in the elementary grades teaching a Special Education Self-Contained Classroom. I changed school districts and taught in Junior High School, 6-8th. I taught Social Studies/History, Reading, and Math. I became a teacher/administrator at a small private school for 9th-12th grade. I taught Geography and History, plus Biology and some English. I have had a wide variety of experience, not only with subject area, but with types of students, as well.
