This PowerPoint presentation is meant to be used before assigning my Introduction to World Literature PowerPoint Project available for purchase with my other listed items. It is a short presentation that I use at the beginning of my 10th Grade World Literature course to rouse interest in literature around the world by challenging students to answer questions about literature and other cultures, and it always works! Students are surprised by many of the answers, and motivated to continue on with the research assignment. The end of the presentation leads directly into the cultural research assignment, but can be easily altered to suit your individual purposes.
