This is a writing diagnostic I usually give to my students at the beginning of a semester. I like this particular diagnostic because it gives students options to write about - which, I believe, motivates them to write more and to the best of their ability.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
7 years of successful teaching in the Public High School system in NYC. While there, I have taught English to 9th, 10th and 11th graders. In addition I have taught courses in SAT Prep, Media Studies. Digital Photography, Screenwriting and Music Theory. Over the years I have developed a reputation for creative lesson plans, passionate instruction, and excellent classroom management skills.
