This is 37 pages of a school year's worth of writing journal prompts. I used a regular notebook and at the beginning of the year I went through the writing journal rules and had them glue those on to the back of the front cover. Then each week on Monday, they were given a new set of journal prompts which they were to glue into the next available page of their notebook with the writing to immediately follow. So there are 36 pages of prompts for each week of September through May with 5 prompts on each page. I told the students they had to pick 3 of the 5 prompts each week to write on and then their response had to be a good paragraph. But, of course, you could alter it to fit your expectations. Enjoy!
