This is the writing ticket my students complete before starting independent writing projects. Students bring this ticket along with their project outline to me for approval. We select deadline dates and narrow or expand ideas as needed before drafting begins. This form is also used as a record for students to self-assess their project when it's completed. Finally, this ticket also holds teacher conference comments. As always, it can be customized to fit your workshop needs.
