These labels make data collection for writing a breeze! They are formatted to print on a whole sheet sticker and cut out. Each sheet makes 9 labels. Just affix the label along the right margin of the paper. The left side of the label is titled "Analysis". Here you will be able to check off from a detailed selection of accommodations the student required to complete the task such as multiple attempts, as a group, with model. The right side of the label is titled "work on". Here you will be able to quickly check off what the student needs to work on such as complete sentences, staying on topic, sequence. These labels give the reader a complete picture of the students present level. When I have run out of sticker sheets in the past, I have printed them on copy paper and taped to the margin. These were a success in my classroom last year, so I thought I'd share!
