These classroom cheers help motivate and the recognize the effort of each child. Create a caring safe and supportive classroom environment by encouraging student success. Cut the cards out, laminate them and place them on a ring. Have students choose a cheer to recognize a fellow classmate. Check out more ideas on www.diaryofateachaholic.blogspot.com
I use Cheers in my room too, but this set offers some new ones I don't have. Thanks for sharing these.

So creative! You can choose the ones you love (and there WILL be some you love) and use them as part of a positive classroom community. I really like how she has the students involved in cheering for each other.
I love classroom cheers, and many of these are new to me. Original and fun is how I would sum up this resource.

I can't wait to teach some of these to my 1st graders next year. There are so many different ones to choose from too! Thank you so much for sharing this for free!

Carmela;
Thanks so much for your response. I followed your directions, and Ashleigh's as well, and downloaded the most current version of Adobe Reader. I tried quitting preview, but if I quit preview, I cannot view document. If I click on file, there is no choice for open with - only open. I'm really trying to figure this out! Do you have any other suggestions, or can it be emailed in any other format? Thanks again for your help.
I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I left you a positive rating. Since you are new to the TPT world, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
First, make a cover page for EVERY product you create which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers even if it is a one page item. Add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page. List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Add some clipart to add color or just color some of your font. For some reason buyers like color on the original even though they may copy your product in black and white. Also, number your pages.
It is important that we see what others are doing; so, feel free to look at any or all of my freebies listed below to gather some ideas. If you care to, a rating or any feedback you might have would be great.
I've been teaching for the past 12 years and I love what I do. I've spent 5 years as a K-8 Techology Instructor, 2 years teaching fourth grade, 4 years teaching 3rd grade and last year I began teaching second grade.
