These calendars are for the 2012-2013 school year. Use them to track student behavior!! Included are 12 calendars {August 2012 to July 2013}. Each calendar has 10 behavior codes to make noting behavior quick and easy for both teachers and parents!
I love this! It will keep parents informed of how their student is doing in school and it holds the student accountable for being honest. Hopefully it will keep them on the positive side knowing mom/dad will be seeing it!!
I have been using these all year and they are fantastic! My kids work so hard on their behavior! It is truly a life saver as a teacher! If they have all of their days on green or higher (minus one) we have a classroom lunch party at the end of the month. It gives them something to work towards! Just wondering if you will be planning on making a set for the next school year? Thanks so much!
Yes! I also use a card/color system in my class, so my students will color over the behavior code with the appropriate color {yellow=warning, orange=teacher's choice, red=parent contact}. If they behaved all day, there is no behavior code and they color the box green! :)

The calendar is great! Is there anyway to edit it?
Thank you! At this time the calendar is not editable...

Your calendars are a great behavior management tool. October is the first month I am using one. It make my daily comunication with the parent so much easier. Thank you!
I liked your behavior codes and modified a few: 1. I worked nicely at Centers, 2. I helped a classmate, 3. I showed responsibility, 4. I was quiet in the hallway, 5. I finished all of my work, 6. I have homework, 7. I wasn't following directions, 8. I was disrespectful, 9. I hurt a friend's feelings and 10. I was on green all day! Now my parents can receive positive feedback too. The graphics are adorable.
Thank you!!! Do you have any calendars that are not for behavior? I have been looking for some cute calendars to use to keep track of when I listen to individual students read.
My students color the calendars daily... if they color green, it is positive. If they color a different color, the codes are meant to let the parents know why.
My students color in their behavior calendars each day, so if they color it green, it is positive! If you want me to edit the calendars and add some for you, you can email me at acupcakefortheteacher@gmail.com :)

These look like a great resource! Thanks for sharing! :)
How did I miss this??!! I was looking for a behavior calendar for my kiddos but the ones I found were colorless and boring!! Leave it to you Teri to come to my rescue!! Just too cute! Thanks for your awesome calendar and free to boot! You rock Teri!! Sylvia
These calendars are wonderful! I started using a monthly behavior log last year instead of a weekly one. I struggled every month to find time to create it. I had a VERY large class and had only 30 minutes of planning time. These calendars are going to save me sooooo much time. Thank you a million times over!!! They are precoius:).
Thank you! I've been looking for a good communication system for behavior and I think I found it! :)
Do you happen to have a version with no pictures? I frequently have students who don't celebrate holidays.
Thank you very much for being so creative and sharing your ideas on TPT. I love viewing your website because you have a lot of neat suggestions and ideas. I really like the 2012-2013 calendar! :)
These are ADORABLE! I love the different numbers that mean various infractions, makes letting parents know why your child didn't get a stamp that day even easier. I can't wait to use them!
These are beautiful. I use the same system in combination with a clip chart. I usually print blank calendars and cut and paste my codes below the calendar. I only have a few (5-6) and I use the language from our report card. (eg. L= Needs to listen attentively.) Each month I staple a new one in their homework folders. Your calendars are so much nicer! I also like that you have the parents sign them before you file them. Thank you so much for sharing them!

For next school year, would you consider making these to go with your new clip chart? {I am obsessed with it- love the chevron and bright colors!} I use monthly behavior calendars similar to these with my current clip chart now. On the side, it has a mini black/white version of the chart {which I have students color in at the start of the month} and then the calendar for that month, where they color what they are on each day. Either way, I am using your clip chart!
Your calendars are wonderful. I saw someone asked you on July 18th if the behavior charts can be translated into Spanish. This would help me bunches. I have the translations ready. If you are still willing to do it, I can email them to you. if not, I would me more than happy do it myself but I cant edit the download.
Hi Nohelia! Yes, I saved the other Spanish copy... so if you send me the translations that you want for the behavior codes (I already have the months/days done), then I can change those up for you! My email is acupcakefortheteacher@gmail.com :)
Hi! I love your calendars! However, I can not get my printer to print theses out. I have downloaded them and tried to print them out on other printers but still nothing comes out. Could you help? Thanks, Priscilla
Hi Priscilla! Hmm, that's very strange-- I haven't heard that from anyone, and the calendars print fine for me! Do they download properly for you? If the DL is good then I'm not sure what the problem is :(

Is it at all possible to get this as a word document? I like to tell which days we have field trips, when to return library books etc.
What font did you use? I have some other things I would like to include in their go home folder and I would like it all to match. Thanks I love the calendar, so easy to use!
Hi Lucia!! I could certainly do that, if you'd be willing to translate the behavior codes for me :) Send me an email at acupcakefortheteacher@gmail.com!

Love your idea but need some clarification. Does each child have one of these and is then responsible for putting the number in the date box for what they are doing wrong? or do I keep one master copy and keep track throughout the day of misbehaviors and mark mine and then transfer to theirs?
Hi! Every student has a behavior calendar in their take-home folders. At the end of each day, they are responsible for coloring them in according to their color of the day. If a student is doing something wrong, I will put the behavior code in there, and watch as they color it... we have a little discussion, etc. Hope this helps!!

First, I would like to tell you that I love what you did with the Calendars. Second, I hope that you don't mind my asking for a non PDF version because I would like to add not turning in homework. Lastly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to create and share amongst your fellow teachers. :)

Hi Vanessa! Thank you so much for your kind words!! Due to the graphics TOU, I can't send you a non-PDF version of the calendars :( But I can try to add in the adjustments for you? Send me an email: acupcakefortheteacher@gmail.com

Do you have a blog post about how you use these behavior charts? Are they out on student desks? Do you just keep track of it on your desk? They are just adorable - I love them, and I'd love to hear how you use them!
Hi Kristy!! I made a guest post about the calendars here {http://applesandabcs.blogspot.com/2012/06/blog-swap-guest-cupcake-for-teacher.html}. I hole-punch the calendars and put them in my students' take-home folders. At the end of each day, my kiddos color in the appropriate box. Then the calendars go home with them so parents can note behavior, and they come back the next day!! If you have any other questions, please email me at acupcakefortheteacher@gmail.com!
