I just bought this. Can you send me the lyrics so I can have my students sing it?

These songs are great - not corny or corky like most school CDs. Do you have these songs on a regular CD for purchase? Many of your songs relate to my 6th grade curriculum, but I don't have access to MP3 players in my building, so a CD would work best. Can I order the songs I want and pay for a CD? Thanks!

Jessica,
Thanks for the compliments. We really do respond well to flattery. So far we can't sell CD's through this site, but we can help you learn how to put the MP3's on a CD so you won't have to use MP3 players.
If you have a computer with a CD burner, you can put a lot of MP3's on a disk in just a few quick steps.
Do you have a Mac or a PC? If you have a Mac, or you don't mind installing the free iTunes software on your PC, follow the directions at http://www.wikihow.com/Burn-a-CD-Using-iTunes-Version-5 to use iTunes to burn a CD.
If you have a PC, and you want to use Windows Media Player to burn the CD, you can use the directions at http://www.wikihow.com/Copy-or-Burn-a-CD-Using-Windows-Media-Player.
We hope this will be helpful. Thank you for incorporating our music into your school day.

Sorry I emailed you twice. I just now saw they reply. Thanks for letting us use it - the boys especially are crazy about it. Where can I send you a DVD?

Please send a message to thebonuspointband@gmail.com and I'll reply with my mailing address. Do you need me to send you a version of the song without the lyrics, so you can sing along? I can also do a version with the lyrics at low volume if you need it. Let me know. --Ash

Can I use this song in my 4th grade musical? I'd like the kids to sing along/act it out. Also, we were planning on making a DVD of our show and giving it to the parents (for a donation to our school music program). Do I have permission to include this song/with the kids singing on the DVD? Thanks. Rebekah Roberts

What excellent attention to detail! We truly appreciate your conscientious listening, and we want to offer you a free CD. You are correct. Punxsutawney Phil is actually from the small town of Punxsutawney, PA. Apparently, Philadelphia is his home away from home. Maybe that is why his name is “Phil” – short for Philadelphia. We have often noticed information on the web that refers to Punxsutawney, Philadelphia (see links below), but have come to the conclusion that this must be a common typographical error. Though Philadelphia might want to claim the little guy, he’s a small town marmot.
Based on your concern for accurate details, we have decided to rerecord the song and repost it on www.teacherspayteachers.com. Send us your information and we’ll send you a BPB CD and a free download of the new version of Punxsutawney Phil.
Thanks!

Hello. I just listened to the download sample of Punxsutawney Phil. The words said he was from Philadelphia. I thought he was from Puxsutawney, PA. Where did you find your information?
Thanks!

We recently replaced the song with a packet and forgot to include the MP3. Whoops!!! It has been fixed now. Thank you for letting us know.
Also, we appreciate your comment about "I Have a Box." Someone gave us a low rating for accuracy and we are trying to figure out why. Soon, there will be a packet to accompany "I Have a Box." We hope you enjoy using our products as you teach. Please take a look at our other songs. We have a lot of freebies, and there are more to come.
