Working with those pesky vowel sounds? Try using a multimedia file on your iPad, iPod, or iPhone to get your students singing their vowels! Use it as a "read to self" center or listening center to build fluency and reinforce learning the vowels and their sounds. There is a review page at the end of the file for the students to practice reading CVC, short vowel words.
This mpeg4 file can be downloaded and put into your iTunes library. Save the file to your desktop. Open iTunes and click on movies. Drag and drop the file from your desktop in your iTunes movies' library. The file will be ready to sync with your iPad, iPod, or iPhone.
Look for other products that complement this song such as the mp3 file, multimedia file for the Smart Board, Interactive Whiteboard, or computer, book set, and activity/game pack.

Kathy has 15 years teaching experience and currently teaches 1st grade. She has experience teaching in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade. Kathy also worked for the OK State Department of Education on a grant for including children with disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
