Here is a set of word families, phonograms that are commonly found while reading. Use the cards in a center, or as a display card in teaching. I am using my cards in a center as a ring of cards. Students love to come in and say the word chunk and come up with words. It has now become a big hit on who can grab the set of cards first to say the list the fastest. This set includes a title card, one blank card and 32 word chunks.

I have been teaching for 15 years. I have taught grades K and 1. I am currently doing interventions for our at risk students in grades K-2.
