The coloured lists (for juniors) focus on the key words used in their reading levels... the colours match our reading levels in NZ, I'm sure the word lists will be similar for you.

I come from an ITC background where I used to teach adults and university students the various applications of Microsoft Office. I use these skills everyday in my Primary Teaching career and in my e-Learning business which I operate in addition to classroom life. I am part of an ICT cluster as a Lead Teacher and provide e-Learning education to teachers and students.

My name is Wendy Stafford, a teacher in New Zealand. As a trained teacher in the 21st Century and a parent of two dyslexic boys, Aunty, mother and teacher of Autistic children with Sensory Processing Disorders (Asbergers, ADHD and Autism) I have dedicated many years to researching literacy learning programmes that cater for all children in a whole class setting, incorporating learning styles, multi media and that promote independence.
