I located some of your resources via pinterest and have downloaded some. I am a teacher in the UK and have not seen the fonts or pictures that you and many other tpt contributors use anywhere. Could you please tell me where I can get hold of these? Is it some software or just a package that I can buy?
Also, if this isn't something I can access because I am in the UK I wondered if you could do a request? I downloaded your Habits of Happy Kids poster set which I LOVE, however as you can probably guess, some of the spellings are different to those in the UK. So I wondered if you would be able to adjust a set for me which I would obviously pay for, it's just I cannot put resources on display that have spellings that aren't from the 'Queen's English'! ;-) I want to display this as part of the my work on SMSC.
I would quite happily adjust them myself but obviously, and rightly, they are secured and copyrighted to you.

Thanks for your question! Yes, each description comes with a graphic circle. The description pages are two-columned and several pages long, for you to keep close by and/or in your sub notebook, etc. There are even more graphic circles than descriptions, as some breaks are very self-explanatory (ex: Jumping Jacks). There are also four blank circles where you can type your own Brain Breaks. I hope this helps!

I absolutely love your reading response menus and they've been on my wishlist for a bit. I just found out I will be moving back to second grade after 3 years in 3rd and wanted to take a shot in the dark and ask if there is any chance in the world that you'd make these for second grade to fit the common core at that grade level. I am sure it's a ridiculous amount of work but thought I would ask!

Hi Stephanie, I've just downloaded your 7 Habits posters to put up in my classroom, they look fantastic - I can't wait to get them up in the room! My only hesitancy in purchasing these right away is that the skin color of the children in the posters does not reflect the population that I teach. Have you considered making a second set to sell that is fully multicultural. I teach at a school where 100% of our students are children of color.

I completely understand your concern. While there are some children of color represented, I do not have clip art that is 100% multicultural and shows them in climbing gear. Hi, this sounds like a great idea and I'm thinking of buying it. I am new to TPT so I don't know exactly how it works. I am wondering how long I have access to printing it. If I bought it tonight for example but want to wait until I get a color printer (sometime next month), do I just access my purchases and then print it? Am I only able to print it once? You are able to access your purchases forever on TpT! All you will need to do at any time is log in and go to the "My Purchases" tab on top. From there, you will have access to all of the materials you have purchased and can print them/download them as many times as you need. Each purchase is good for one classroom, so if another teacher at your school would like to use the resources, you can purchase "Multiple User Licences" at discounted prices.

Hi Michelle,
I have found that when I need to copy color items, it's best to adjust the print settings to either "grayscale" or "black and white"-- this gives me the best b&w copy that is easy to make additional b&w copies from. For some reason, color just doesn't like to be copied into b&w :)

The language the students are used to using is a bit different from what you had on your hamburger. I'm wondering if it would be possible for you to send me an editable file so that I can change the words on the hamburgers (i.e. we use the words topic sentence instead of introduction sentence) If you can't send an editable file, please let me know if you might be able to change some words for me and send that file.

I would like to suggest a modification to include a short description on the back of each circle. Bringing these activities into the classroom makes a big difference for every age!

I have been teaching for the past eight years, the majority of which have been in 3rd grade. It was my favorite grade as a student and my favorite grade as a teacher :) I have also taught 2nd and 5th in both the city and now the 'burbs.
MY TEACHING STYLE
My style includes a mixture of humor, activity, and high expectations. I love adding in movement and music whenever I can. We use a lot of Whole Brain Teaching strategies as well as Brain Breaks throughout our day to keep things fun!
