You can if you like them. That's what pinning is all about- picking things you like and adding them. You also pin your things to the boards you've joined. and always have your own store board you pin your things on.

I have a lot of boards because I've joined them. The only ones I've started are the first six. The rest I'm just a member of and can add my pins. Start with one board. Then I can add you to the GT board and the new products board. Start small. You'll be fine. Use the help section on pinterest. That's how I got started.

I did set up an account under my TPT store name - A Little Bit of This and That. I saw that you had pinned my Song Spinner novel (have you read the book? It is wonderfully - great imagery). Works well social studies. Now how do I return the favour and link (pin) your things?

Let me know when you're set up. Here's something I found online that might give some insight to pinterest. http://www.squidoo.com/using-pinterest-properly-get-real-follower-takes-time#.UPhBlgarQxo.gmail.

Hello, I visited you on Pinterest. Wow! What a lot of things you had there. I have a studnet like the one , who is in the don't move my chair... quote. I felt overwhelmed. So you think I can do this hmm? I'll try. I read the Squidoo 'blog' and that didn'tr make much sense so I'll try it... baby/senior (. .) senior steps.

That's fine. You can go to pinterest.com and set up an account. It walks you through it. You can make it your name or your store name or whatever you want. Not to worry. I was exactly where you are 3 months ago. All of this has created a very sharp learning curve. After you sign up, create a board for your store. Then you can pin your products to your board.

Joann, You can't see who your followers are, but you can follow people by going to their store. At the top of their store page, like on yours, are the red letters "Follow Me" and you click there. Now you are an official follower of somebody. You will get updates when a new item is posted and an occassional e-mail if one of your followers want to notify you of a sale or something like that.

As for your question about posting other rubrics. You can, but don't make your whole store a rubric store. Post a variety of resources for different grade levels if you can. Since my background is math and since I have worked at two colleges with student teachers, I post many math items for all grade levels. I also dabble in science since my husband is a middle school science teacher. Try to reach a wide range of subjects and grade levels. I hope this helps.

I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I left you a rating.

I have a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products. First, create a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. If appropriate, add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page. List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also, number your pages.

I know you don't teach math, but I’d appreciate your input on my freebie listed below. I like to get a variety of different teacher to give me feedback.

I am now your 2nd follower, and hope you will reciprocate at my store as well. http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/SciPi/Products

Welcome to TPT! Be the way, I love your cheery smile in your picture.

Hello Scipi, Thanks for the warm welcome. Thanks too, for the suggestions. I love your math products and have purchased many of them. I would love to be a follower or yours. How do I go about doing that? I didn't think I had any follwers. :) Wow, How do I find out who my other follower is? As you can tell I'm really new to all this...don't blog...don't facebook except to see pictures of far away grandaughters... I'm sure I'll learn. I guess I'll edit the files and resubmit after I have follwed your suggestions. Joann
