I usually rotate their names down one spot after I meet with a guided reading group. I don't have the students do it because my space is small and there would be a huge traffic jam!!! I suppose you can have the students rotate their own names. I usually rotate them after about 15 minutes (after meeting with a guided reading group).

I bought several of your products this summer and used a few already with my Kindergarten kiddos. I sent a link out to the other K teachers in my district and my friends (many if not all responded back that they were so impressed)......my grad. students love your materials....
I was wondering if your offer for a "free product" still stands......I want to use with my grad. students, I don't get a budget for materials as I am part-time so I would greatly appreciate the character ed. unit if possible.....with all of the "bullying" issues in Buffalo and the surrounging areas, it is a great unit to cover....

Hello! There are 10 writing thematic sheets with words related to that month. For example, on the November sheet there is a cute, large turkey. Words related to that month are on the turkey (thankful, pilgrims, etc...). Then, along with that sheet are 3 types of paper the students can use (primary lines, single lines, primary lines with Picture box on top). I use this at my writing station, but it can be used as a whole class wriiting activity.

Allyson, I just purchased your Ocean Unit for K-2 which looking great in the sample. Once downloaded, I have black stripes where I believe I should see text! I'm very sad! For example, on the direction page, I can see the cover images, but above that, I have 5 thin lines with open circles next to them. Any suggestions for me? My email is cheryl.kaake@sau15.net. That is so weird! You were the 26th person to purchase this unit and the only one to have this problem! I double check the document from my phone and the black lines were there too. I am contacting TPT right now and hopefully they can fix this problem. I'm not home now, but when I get here I will email you the file from my home computer. I noticed last night that the TPT website was down for maintenance, so maybe something changed/messed up??? Again, thank you for letting me know about his problem and as I will email you the unit later today.

I just left you a great feedback message. I am VERY impressed with your materials. I have been teaching for 10 years too! I am teaching Kindergarten this coming year (I teach in Orchard Park NY--a suburb 20 minutes outside of Buffalo). This coming year I will be teaching a college course at night as well as my husband's hours were cut so we are a little tight on money. I did buy $7.50 in materials you had listed here that I thought would save me precious time in my classroom. If you have any other free material that you do not have posted, I would greatly appreciate it. I am going down to Kindergarten (with the new certification in NY there are so many young teachers who are not K certified) from intermediate so I am really looking high and low for excellent materials that I can use for theme based teaching. If you have an classroom management or organization tools, I would greatly appreciate those too.
