I have been teaching for over 12 years. I specialize in sheltered instruction, and working with struggling learners in grades 3-8.

I focus heavily on active engagement strategies. I feel 90% of teaching is getting and keeping my students' attention. I facilitate learning, rather than dispense facts and figures.
