I appologize in not answering your question sooner....it did not pop up in my email as a question and I did not know I had one waiting. Tribes work at their own pace, so for example we started today and I have some groups that have completed 1 activity and some that are done with 2. As soon as they are done with an activity, I move them to the next activity. I have the challenges scheduled throughout the week and on the "Bonus Activities" sheet I announce at the beginning of the week when each challenge is. I decide the awards based on what team is working together best and getting along for "Best Sportsmanship," "Survivor Team Winner" is for most activities completed/torches lit, "1st Runner Up" is the team with the 2nd most torches lit/activities completed, "Best Flag" is based on neatness, attractiveness, and good, correct facts, "Best Problem Solving" is teams that do not use help tickets for directions and work together to solve their tribes problems, and finally "Most Challenges Won" is for those extra bonus activity winners.
