Before beginning my career in the classroom, I worked as an Elementary Interventionist with RtI curriculum. Currently, I am teaching 2nd grade having taught 3rd grade last year. I absolutely love 2nd grade...it's truly where my heart is! :)

I like to think of my classroom as a "team". We all work together and we have similar goals. We have a lot of fun, but the students know when it's time to get down to business! I love working in work stations and groups as well as finding ways to allow students to do something a "different" way.

I'm just honored to have the job I have...luckiest girl in the world, right here!
