There are multiple links in this product that do not work. Therefore, I cannot use it with my students. I do not feel this was worth what I paid for it because of the defective links. In fact, I believe I should receive a refund or the links should be fixed.

The arrow for the answer should only come when you click the mouse or the enter button. I programmed it so that you would have control over when the students see the answers. When it is in full screen power point mode, it should be controlled by clicks.

Why are there blank pages? When I print there are two themes per page. The top one looks good but the second them on the page uses less space at the bottom. Then the next page is blank. It shows this exact thing when I download and view.
You list a total of 17 pages but 8 are blank. Can you fix it?

It'se been updated, you should recieve an email to let you know. You should be able to re-download the file from your purchases page. The journal was something that the students made, and responded to the questions in the plans, it was more or less a writing journal (just blank pages covered with construction paper). I hope you find the revisions helpful.

I am really hoping you get this soon! I have been assigned to fifth grade and it is all new curriculum for me. I purchased your unit on My Side of the mountain. In the lesson plans- which are awesome- there is reference to vocabulary quizzes, comprehension quizzes and journal pages. I cannot seem to find them anywhere. Can you help me?

The mini lesson was from a previous school that I used these plans with and missed taking it out of the final version of these lesson plans. The problem / solution charts are included, which is what the "conference" form is... now that I look at it again, i'm not sure why I called it that. These are what I used, they can be easily adapted to how you wish to use them.

The power point is available for purchase under my products, and the journal is in the download, it is labeled by chapters for ex. 1-5.. you can use it as the student journal or as a regular worksheet... Glad you enjoy the plans! My students loved this unit.

I have just been assigned to teach 4th grade Imagine It! SRA Reading- the 2010 or 2011 version. My school is now part of a pilot program for Imagine It! . We received a 2 hours training and our district did not buy any resources. Do you have any 4th grade Imagine It resources? Thanks!

I bought the Sign of the Beaver Unit Plans and the PowerPOint. I am getting plotting the lessons into my first nine week plans, and I believe I am missing some pages. The lessons I have include the students reading upto chapter 18 in the book. There are 25 chapters. I did get the short answer and essay questions (16-20),(21-24),and the final test, but the students are not reading the last 7 chapters in the plans I downloaded. Hi Amanda!
I tried to respond to expand on my comment but it is not showing up. I did use the projectable book and it was wonderful. I would have been more satisfied if it had included items that I can not make on my own (worksheets, handouts, games) or a lower price. Like I said the product as it is was wonderful I just did not think it was worth $12 but rather closer to $5.

I did not write out individual plans for each activity. You get the full book which you can project if you have access to a projector and then there are 8 pages of ideas for each subject area that would be easy to put into a lesson plan. I wanted to give everyone the freedom to mix and match, and choose what they wanted to do, and not lock them into a lesson.

I spent five years teaching in the classroom in Charlotte NOrth Carolina, in grade 3-5, I've spent the last year as a reading coach, for 6 months in Charlotte, and then I relocated back to my home state of Indiana, and work for a school disctrict on the outer skirts of Indianapolis.
