I have 3 years' experience teaching world geography and Pre-AP world geography at Ellison HS in Texas. I also have one year of world history teaching experience, in which I had to basically do everything from scratch.
lecture with powerpoint and student manipulatives (I travel so there's not a lot of room for other stuff depending on whose room I'm traveling into for what period of the day, unfortunately)

I am a soon-to-be-army wife. I don't know where I'll be teaching next year when we move, but I want to get started on my Master's in Counseling. I would love to counsel kids eventually, but I have quite had enough of the classroom. I love Texas, where I was born and raised, but I love to visit other places. I have traveled a bit, but I can always find somewhere I haven't been and would like to go. This is why it's fun to teach geography. I hope to share my passion for travel with my students.
