I'm scheduled to take this exam but I cannot find the book anywhere! UNLV says they no longer carry it. So where can you get a booklet from??? No one seems to know and I can't get a hold of anyone at UNR. If there's any way anyone can answer, I would greatly appreciate it! I'm taking the exams for NV School Law, NV Constitution, and US Constitution on Nov 3rd and have nothing to study except this outline (which I am completely grateful for)!

I just received your message and I think I understand your confusion. The summary for chapter 6 is significantly shorter than the rest of the chapters. This is for two reasons:
1. The information in Chapter 6 is not as much as the other chapters.
2. The 6 bullet points listed in my notes for Ch. 6 were the only things mentioned on my test from that chapter.
What I try to do is provide only the information you need to know in a straight-forward, easy to read format. In other words, I'm purposefully not adding other information that was not necessary in acing the test- you have enough to learn already!
Good luck on your test. I've had many people use these notes and haven't had one complaint about inadequate notes for chapter 6. I truly believe you will have no problems or surprises on test day if you know my study guide.
