I just purchased Equivalent Fractions flipchart. Is there anyway you can send it to me in another format? I have smart notebook, and although I read your comment to others about needing Promethean, I thought that it was only needed for a certain slide because you referred to it as a flipchart. My silly thinking...anyways, just wanted to check with you to see if I could get it some other way. Thank you!!

Hey Amanda, I just bought your Equivalent Fractions flipchart and I am looking forward to using it with my class. However, when I got to the matching penguin activity at the end of the flipchart, there were two penguins that would not go into the corresponding boxes. These were the fractions and penguins: 2/3-4/6, 10/20-1/2, and 3/4-6/8. Have you or anyone else had problems with this before. Let me know what you think or if there is a way to fix this. I've noticed that sometimes when opening flipcharts on different computers can change random things such as text size and sounds. I've not heard anyone having a problem with this flipchart before, but I'll look at it. Is it rejecting the penguin from the box or is it just not making a sound when you put the penguin in the box?

I am a new teacher and I was taught to create a common denominator when comparing fractions, but you suggested to cross multiple. How does that work? It seems easier so I'm very interested. Will it work with 1/2 x 1/3? because that would mean that 1/3 is greater, which is incorrect. Not a question, but a comment - I copied two sets on one sheet of card stock. They are large and use a bit of ink when they are that size ( ink can add up quickly - especially if I keep buying all these fun games :) ). It's just a thought. I really love your work.

Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations.
